I love the responsive management. My neighbors are respectful and diverse. Issues are taken care of very quickly and I'm amazed at the professionalism that is provided at a very reasonable cost of rent. From fixing problems that arise in my apartment to getting packages in the office; it's clear that management cares and takes pride in the product they deliver. Maintenance is particularly excellent. Local Management are professional and considerate. There is an enjoyable cultural mix of residents. People are friendly. The grounds are well-maintained. Management arranges some enjoyable social events for the residents. Hopkins is a pleasant city in which to reside.
